Dext is a cloud accounting platform with the tools accountants and businesses need to manage their sales and expense data while providing the insights needed to grow their business.
As lead PMM and product expert for Dext Commerce, my remit focuses on global go-to-market campaigns, feature adoption, customer and competitor analysis, and sales enablement. I work closely with product managers, customer success, regional marketing and international commercial teams to ensure the customer’s needs and wants are heard and met.
During my time at Dext, I have worked on multiple feature launches of all sizes across all three products.
More recently, I have worked on the GTM for three core features on our Commerce product plus the launch of several new major integrations. These features play a key part in further differentiating our product from our competitors.
For all GTMs, I work with multiple teams and have built strong relationships with my counterparts in each team. I work closely with the Commerce PM to ensure the product is aligned with customer needs and wants.

I regularly speak to our customers and non-customer to understand their pains and jobs-to-be-done in order to craft an engaging story that will resonate with our target audience.
